Focused on dignifying the health of underserved populations, the institution faced the challenge of creating a graphic identity that embodies its mission of humanization and respect.

The acronym VIP was developed, representing Vida, Innovación, and Salud (Life, Innovation, and Health), aimed at crafting a friendly and dynamic image for a healthcare service provider in challenging environments. This approach reflects a commitment to enhancing quality of life and advancing medical care, tailored to meet the specific needs of each setting.

"LIFE, INNOVATION, AND PREVENTION": Vip Salud’s identity illustrates how branding can transform the perception of an institution by focusing on the humanization of healthcare. Facing the challenge of visually representing its mission to dignify the health of individuals deprived of freedom, Vip Salud needed a graphic identity that went beyond mere professionalism. MATISIS’s intervention in creating this visual identity demonstrates how design can be a powerful tool to convey empathy and hope—key elements in connecting with the target population. This approach not only strengthens the institution’s commitment but also promotes an image that reflects respect and humanity, distinguishing Vip Salud in an environment where sensitivity and dignity are essential.
